Now you will choose your plan that you want to purchase. Once you select your plan. You will choose your domain. Your domain is the URL of your website. 

Now the best thing about Bluehost is you get this domain a hundred percent free. Just by signing up and using Bluehost as your hosting company. Type your domain and click “Next” then a form will appear. You will put in all your information inside the form and click to “Submit”. Now you have created a Bluehost account. You should be inside the Bluehost dashboard.

Create Wordpress Website:

Now we will create our wordpress website in an easy manner.

In order to create a wordpress website. We need to install wordpress from the Bluehost dashboard. You will find “Wordpress” and click on “WordPress”.

Then choose your domain because you are a beginner.

So you have only one domain which we have been created in above step. After choosing your domain click on “Next”. Now will get an Admin Information form.

Here you will enter admin information for your wordpress site which includes “Site Name” (It will be the title of your site), Email (It will be associated with your wordpress account), Username and password (that helps you to login inside your wordpress website). Click on “Next”. Here your installation has been completed. A new page will be open where your wordpress domain will appear. You will click on the domain name. A new page will appear for wordpress login.

Customize Wordpress Website:

Now you have an official wordpress website. Now I will tell you. How to customize your wordpress website. From where you can create pages, create blog posts and the basic things.

First thing  you need to know how to see your website. For this purpose you click “On The Top” left corner. As you click here you will see your theme of your site which is designed by wordpress according to your title.

Change The Theme:

If you don’t like this theme can change it. In order to change the theme. Just go back to the dashboard. Go on “Appearance” and then click on “Theme”.

Here you see more themes. You can find more themes just by clicking on “Wordpress.org”. Here you can find hundreds of themes. You can use any theme from here just click on “Install” after install then click on “Active”. After clicking on active your theme will be activated. Now you can use it.

Customize The Theme:

In order to customize the theme. You will click on “Appearance” then click on “Customize”.

After clicking here. A new tab bar opens on the left side of the page.

•  In the first tab you will click on “Change”. It is just because you change the theme so  now it will allow the theme to customize from here.

•  Here you can change site title and site tagline. Inside “Site Identity’.

• The next tab is colors. From here you can change Header text color, Background color after changing you will click on “Save And Publish”.

•  Next tab is “Header Image” you change the header from here.

•  Next tab is “Background Image” You can change from here.

In short you can change here everything which is mentioned in the inside bar.

Create A Post:

In order to create a post you go on “Dashboard”. Click on “Post”.

Then click on “Add New Post”. Here you will give “Title Of Post” and you can also write your “Post”. Inside the post you can give images, links, media, videos. Anything just like a blog post. As you have created your post click on “publish”.

As you will publish your post you will see that a permalink of your post will appear. You will see that the link of the post will have the address of your site then slash date of publish slash then post title. If you don’t want to show the date inside permalink. Simply you will go to the permalink setting and change it.

Page Setting:

In order to create a page click on “Page”. Then click on “Add New” then add title of page and text and click “Publish”.

Now we should talk about “Menus”. If we look at our website. We will see that a “Sample Page” has already been added to inside “Menu”. But we can change it through customization. We can add pages too. What will you do? You simply go to “Appearance” and then in “Menu” then you will name your menu and then click on “Create Menu”. Delete the “Sample Page” then click on “Save”. Go on your website you will see that your menu page is now on your website.

If you want to create a “Home” page. You simply go to “Pages” and then write the page name. I mention “Page 1”. As you write the page name. You will get a “Permalink”. Click on “Publish”. You will see that your page has been added in the pages. Now go on “Menu”.

Click on “Custom link” then insert permalink of the page, give the name of the page as “Home” in the link title and then click on “Add Menu”.

Check the mark on “Navigation Menu” then click on “Save Menu”. Now go to your website. Your page will be displayed on your website. By using the same method you can create your more pages. Here basic setting of your website has been completed. You can run your website now.
